Sorry so late. Hertz is offering it. I cancled my next Budget rental and went with Hertz and saved $35.00 on a 3 day rental. Since this was a personal rental it was a nice savings that will help buy a dinner out. They have a promo where you rent a full size and they will upgrade you to a Premium class too!
