Actually I would strongly disagree with that. The 1984, which is the 22:15 flight and the one most in need of having a good business class seat almost ALWAYS goes out with a bad business class. I would say that if I have flown that specific flight 30 times, it has been an A321 29 our of 30 times, and has had a "new" business class, maybe on 4 out of the remaining 29 flights. Which is ridiculous, as often they will have new ones flying domestic legs back and forth at the same time to Ankara or wherever, instead of a 4 hour plus middle of the night premium route!!!

However sod's law has it that just when you give up on a route, that things change. For many many years I regularly flew to NCE and paid Biz fares and got the horrible business class. No sooner did I start buying Y tickets instead on that route, that I have witnessed that mayvbe 70% of those flights now get the new business class.....
