TripIt Pro works best for me for this. You can create an "inner circle" and all trips will automatically be shared with whoever is in that circle with alerts and updates on whereabouts. If your company uses Concur, there's a good chance you will receive TripIt Pro for free so look into that.

FYI, the "viewers" do not need the pro subscription.
