J.P. Morgan Private Bank teams can work with clients in any U.S. state; it doesn't matter if there's a Chase retail bank presence or not.

Please note that the JPMPB recently raised their minimum relationship size from $5 million AUM to $10 million AUM - I think this went into effect last month. Needless to say, you shouldn't be working with the JPMPB just to get a metallic credit card.
