True, but I use to spend more time in Sheraton Casablanca (Morocco), in that place an upgrade was at 20% chance even if they had lots of rooms available.
So I appreciate recognition every time I get it.

Besides I also really like LM Bangkok, the experience manager, Michele, is one of the best I ever came across.
If it would not be for the location, it would be my preferred BKK hotel.
