There's a bunch of bar/restaurant type places basically behind the hotel. There's a small street/alley to the left, and another to the right of the hotel when you come out the front. The one on the left I'm not sure is still there since construction, but it goes basically straight back. The one on the right, you go back and turn right, then left and you're on the same street as if you had just gone left to start with. If you get to the big beer club on the main street after you came out of the hotel, you passed the entrance to the alley already.

That small street also goes back to Le Thanh Ton and exits near many of the Japanese restaurants.
