I'm surprised how backwards Citibank is in HK with new technologies. They don't even have any contactless cards. They are usually first movers in other markets.
This is very annoying. It seems generally for many international banks HK is treated as a bit of a backwater. SG and even China is very much taking the lead on new payment options, esp as compared to HK.
