As CO Plat, I was EUA'ed on two outbound segments, on Sunday morning, April 4th. Of course, the upgraded class shows as (R) and the seat assignment is in FC - and the seatmap allows you to reassign your seat. The morning after the EUA and at all times in the past, EUA has changed the "Class" from "Coach (coach letter)" to "First (R)". Somehow, by the afternoon of the same day, my itinerary in co.com changed from "First (R)" to "Coach (R)".

I called CO tech support and they said this looks like a glitch. But after a couple of calls no one could give me feedback. Has anyone else observed "Coach (R)" for upgraded co.com itineraries?
