Well, the issue is that my YYZ-ROC on a flight that left with empty seats took the same number of IKK credits as an 8 person YYZ-SYD round-trip in J.
The IKK limit is supposed to prevent someone with a ton of credit card miles from eating through tens/hundreds of thousands of dollars of inventory on flights.
It does not do that.
The number of miles required is a much closer analog to "revenue" than "10 IKK bookings".
Why not allow 1,000,000 miles worth of IKK bookings per year? I bet that would do a better job of eliminating the people AC does not want redeeming IKK than the current IKK limit.
