My Iphone gets PDE just fine on all United flights. However, my Ipad only works on non-Gogo flights. I have never gotten it to work on the EMB-175 for example. It starts loading a movie and looks like it's about to play and then promptly exits.

I've had mixed success watching PDE movies on Express. I've had it where:
1. Some movies/shows played, some I couldn't get to work.
2. The show I wanted froze and reset after a few minutes. Eventually, I did get it to play through.
3. The last time, everything worked fine.
Not sure what the differences were, but I think it helps to have iOS and the United app updated before your flight.
