I used to work on Hanover Square. One morning I got to work with a line of barriers and what looked like homeless people queuing. More barriers than people. Turns out it was a launch for one of their phones in their shop on Regent St. I guess that's what you call aspirational........
Can we apply that quote to BA? "BA have their flaws for sure, but they seem to market with a bit more finesse.... " I can't even remember any advertising for them recently!!
