If it was truly a Y fare (full-fare economy) then I think you got shortchanged. It looks like you were credited as if it was a deep-discount economy fare. G, N, S, Q, O, T, and W earn 25% base miles and 50% EQM.
I would double check your booking confirmation email and boarding pass to make sure it was a Y fare. If so, submit a claim to AA for the missing miles.
Take a look at the booking and receipt generated by QR. If it was indeed Y, you will get the miles by submitting both of those documents.
