Can't really speak for the MH program, but it appears there are major issues with QR flights posting to other OW programs. At least that's our experience waiting for flights (all premium classes) to post to the AA program. (There's a whole multi-page thread on the AA forum about this.) I've been waiting two weeks and have a friend who's now waited two months and started sending his request directly to AA for credit. Suggest you contact MH with copies of your boarding passes and ticket. Seems QR is pathetic in this regard!
