If you really want to drive the Maserati, reserve the cheapest car class available and upgrade at the airport. Usually it's a per day fee between $50-$100. They almost certainly won't let one go on a one-way though. If you don't have at least executive status, don't expect an upgrade. Executive Elite might get you into the Maserati if there's slim pickings, but usually they will still want some kind of fee for it (around half of normal price).
