It may depend on the length of your layover. Since the new FCL in T2S is much nicer than the old (H) FCL, I would suggest going to the FCL in L if there is enough time. Since you appear to be connecting from LH411 to LH1702 with a 85 mins layover it might be better to go directly to the FCL in H (or whichever FCL close to your departure gate).

There is no separate shuttle for F passengers between T2 and T2S.
