Post So what would we get back?...

Theoretical scenario (at the moment):

My colleague cannot fly on the trip she is supposed to do with me, and we have to cancel. Insurance aside (since they may claim it as a pre-existing medical condition), what would we get back from the ticket price if we cancel. Here are the taxes (I know the flight component is non refundable so have omitted that bit):

USDA APHIS Fee (XA) £2.70
US Immigration Fee (XY) £4.80
US Customs Fee (YC) £3.80
United Kingdom Passenger Service Charge (UB) £41.65
BA YQ surcharge (YQ) £143.00
United Kingdom Air Passengers Duty (GB) £73.00
US International Arrival Tax (US) £12.30
US September 11th Security Fee (AY) £7.80
US International Departure Tax (US) £12.30
US Passenger Facility Charge (XF) £3.10
£304.45

So can anyone tell us what the chances of a) changing the name is on the ticket and b) changing the name and the flight to the following day which now has W availability cheaper than Y(?!?) (Fear not, dear FTers, I will be in F )
