Not completely. Adlon is generous with upgrades. You get a guaranteed one category upgrade. Often they even give you a 2 category upgrade in advance (for example Deluxe to Junior Suite). Even if you "only" got a one category upgrade in advance, they often grant a second one at check-in (Superior Deluxe to Executive Suite). Status often brings upgrades from entire level to suite.
