This is nothing unusual, it's been going on for years. Typical example: arrive at the gate 25 minutes before scheduled departure, monitor shows "On Time", but no airplane in sight. They announce ten minutes later that the inbound was cancelled three hours ago, we're now looking for and aircraft. Then they find an aircraft, but now we need a crew. Then we found a crew, but they're in YYZ, need to fly them in. And on...and on...and on...
There are many adjectives that can be used to describe this gong show. Pick yours.
