Thanks David! That did factor into my equation, although as a Hyatt Diamond and SPG Platinum, I should get upgraded at any of those locations. I've never used the Virtuoso upgrade benefit. Is that equivalent to some with status?

The Adlon while a household name seems to have mixed reviews on TripAdvisor (#22) vs Das Stue (#3) and the Grand Hyatt (#8). It's also about 300 Euros/ night vs 250 for Das Stue and the Grand Hyatt. I'll spend the money if it's worthwhile.

Also, any idea when the construction at the Adlon should be completed?

Based on the above which hotel would you go with?
