It's hit or miss. About 2 weeks ago I received an email notification saying AC8 would be late due to late inbound. I think that was the only email I got so far regarding delayed flight.

As for monitoring inbound flight, it is pretty challenging when departing from AC's hub like YYZ, YVR, and YUL.
