I called in to redeem for travel on Alaska to Fresno, which is served by "Skywest operating as Alaska Airlines" using the regional jets. I was told be Avios call center that these flights were not eligble for Avios redemption. If my memory is not deceiving me I believe I have redeemed for these type of flights previously. I did one "hang up and call back" and had the same response.

Has anyone else had the same experience, or success in using Avios for Alaska Skywest routes?
