LM has some great values, but I've never been interested b/c of the program quirks and - especially - the difficulties dealing with LM customer service. As I understand it, if you can't get your ticket to book online, or god forbid you want to make a change to an award, it's a total hassle.

For all the criticism of MP (some of it mine) it is a relatively user friendly program in terms of booking and changing awards.
