Yes, Bronze and Silver are indeed in the process of being enhanced. But next to go is Gold.
All this is the precursor to a radical new boarding process based on the familiar system used at your friendly supermarket deli counter.
Passengers arriving at the gate will pull a numbered 'ticket' from a machine, and then wait around until boarding is called, when they must present themselves in the order determined by their ticket number.
The only variation will be in the case of anyone holding F class BP's ; these pax will be issued with a hot (or maybe lukewarm) towel as they pass by the gate, thereby saving time on board.
Sounds similar to Southwest where the (SEQ) number on your boarding pass (determined by certain fares, status?, and how quickly you checked in online when check-in opened) indicates when you board i.e. A1, A2.....B1, B2 etc. and you line up in that order.
Once I reach GGL in November, I should hope gold boarding is enhanced so that I can enjoy walking in front of them letting them know damn well who I am
