I had used the sky priority lines to check in my family when traveling with me. I only had a problem once. They asked for extra baggage fee on an international flight, because they started checking my daughter (ham sandwich medallion) before my wife (silver).

Using the SkyPriority checkin has never been a problem when bringing no status people with me.
