OP seems to be asking only about the MQM bonus. Easy solution is to get wife her own Reserve card tied to her SM number, and she can then direct the MQMs to OP when they are awarded. OP will not get the RDM but that didn't seem to be a concern.

Yes, but that only works for the spend-based threshold bonuses. Any sign-up bonus would only go to wife's account.
