Ah, the wonders of digital photography. Just snapping away with the new Fuji, which is very easy to handle

Glad you enjoyed the report offerendum!

Can you talk about logistics of the skiing? If you skied from one country into Italy, did you have to ski back to your hotel? Or could you get alternate transportation back?
Skiing in Europe usually means you can ski down to another village base that can be quite far from where you're staying overnight. When I was skiing down to Courchevel from Val Thorens, I had to keep an eye on the time as I need to get back to the top and ski down back to Val Thorens. Alternate transportation would be costly and time consuming. Same thing with Zermatt, so you can ski over to Breuil-Cervinia, take the gondola back to the summit and ski back down to Zermatt. Usually there would be time for a nice lunch and to sightsee in the village before you need to go back up. I wrote about it more on my blog if you're keen to know more about the logistics or just PM me if what I said was not clear.
