Absolutely. I have the reserve card, my wife and daughter have the additional plat cards on the same acct. The spend on all 3 count towards my spend levels. On your statement, it breaks it out so you can see who charged what, but it is all under the primary account.

I also have a Delta Plat Business card and have added an additional person on that account. Their spend counts towards my Delta Plat level spend bonus.
