What booking class do WBC miles upgrades come from? Is it Z?

Are booking classes L, T & V actually available to book? As i bought a H fare ticket a few weeks back. So what are these lower classes? Specials fares?

I am guessing that as a PE i should use miles to upgrade rather then a op-upgrade as there seems no chance of that as the flight is so open?
