It would cost so little to make genuine enhancements rather than a fortune on new and unnecessary seats - for Heaven's sake make sure that they are properly cleaned and that they work. I hear constantly about about broken mechanisms - and not just here.

One day, they will make one cut too many and people will walk - and I'm going to be one of them. The weight of inertia and the fact that I'm not so sure that everything is wonderful elsewhere have kept me with BA. Now I'm starting to get fed up. Forgive my rant but the title says it all.
