Was on the 787 earlier today from Delhi.....service provided by the India Based crew was really good (and God forbid if BA ever get rid of them but probably not because their wages are actually about a 3rd of what mixed fleet).

However, I felt really embarrassed for the crew when she placed the packet of nuts on a tissue facing me during the bar round and that's when it hit me that BA are really scraping the barrel!

Thank god I am on Qatar next week!

For me, the only reason I will fly BA is on a shortish long-haul (west Africa, etc), to get my 4 flights a year and the yearly 2-4-1 with the wife in F.

I refuse to redeem in J anymore!

Everything else will go on Qatar!
