You get a DL Reserve card for yourself. You get a DL reserve card on the same account for your wife. All of the MQMs from the spend accrue to your SM account.
This is so much easier than trying to defraud the airline.
Surely, you are not trying to get the flying MQMs from flights your wife takes?!?!?!
Or, are you trying to avoid the limit of 2 spend bonuses per year?
My guess is OP is just looking to churn a card for the MQM sign-up bonus and not looking to hit any of the spend bonus levels.
