A colleague flying in WT+ a couple of months ago told me he had a spare seat next to him so took out the tray and had 5 tins of beer. He said that the adjacent tray was practically full and was only cleared at T-10 when they wanted the tray replaced. He said they even served and cleared up the second meal whilst juggling around and leaving the beer rubbish in place. Quality
