My experience over the last 14 years is that the kids meal is awful and the same in WT WT+ CW or CW+. The difference was only in how it was served. Don't recall there ever being child friendly cutlery and in First it was redo cultus how they set up the table only to lay MMs out.
My kids now have to pay adult fares so eat whatever is on the menu.
