I'm not too familiar with the full details of Bill 101/OQLF and how they pertain to the airline industry.

Are KL, LH, BA, LX, TK, CA, FI and US-based airlines required by any provincial laws to provide French announcements and services in French (i.e. Francophone FAs) on their YUL & YQB routes*?

*Not all the above mentioned airlines provide services to YQB.
