For an answer in the states I don't know how much time it will take. In general they give a few miles and apologise.
Please for our company don't hesitate to be hard with your words. Perhaps the lounge has no reason to be open - may be it have to- BUT that is NOT a reason to be uncorrect with customers : c'est INADMISSIBLE les français se croient toujours supérieurs à tout le monde and it is good for AF to teach crews and ground personnal to be smiling and able to have commercial relations with customers.
