how to complaint letter
Hi,
I recently flew SFO-CDG on C, and wanted to write a complaint letter about 2 things. The first one was to complain about the arrival lounge closing right at the time this flight gets in. We landed at 1:55pm and the lounge closes at 2:00 pm.
My second complaint was that when I asked if there was any possible way that I could take a shower, I was answered in a really disrespectful manner.
I was talking to some of my friends at air France and they told me to not let it pass and write a letter. Anyone knows how to write such a letter so that it actually gets heard.
and also where do I send it?
