The fare rule states that the fare is fully refundable against penalty before departure. Only a legit no-show will change the fare to a non-refundable one.
Departure is somewhere Mid-September, so any non-refundability does not apply at all.

My calculation had been done based on the fare rule accessible via GDS/Expertflyer etc and my knowledge as previously worked in a travel agency.
