Called CS, she was very nice and explained that everything looks ok and she can't understand why I wouldn't be able to checkin online. She mentioned it might be because there are "too many lines" in the ticket?
There was a name change for the infants because they were legally adopted, but she says all docs are there.

Are we just gonna have to fix this at the airport?
any experience with this?
