I hate SQ for its policy of placing baby bassinets and babies at all the bulk heads of the plane. They should put em all down the back which is where they belong and where they can't disrupt the comfort of other paying passengers. It is because of the baby friendly culture at SQ that I try avoid flying them. So if you are paying for PE and seats are available, stick to the front end!
