Their service was great when I was there last time - we thought it's the same in BKK but nope. My youngest really loves the hotel - he likes the mango juice a lot and he likes the fact that someone remembers that he drinks that and brought it right in front of him.

I tried the mango juice and was not impressed, either. The food in the lounge is not like the food in the Bangkok properties. It's ordinary, very much like a US CL. Yesterday there were three salads, some sort of sandwich and a few hot bites, but I didn't actually eat anything. The breakfast is nice, and I ate a late lunch in Chinatown, so I skipped eating in the LL.
