One of these things is not like the others: BLI has a) a nonstop at least part of the time, and b)... DL serves some of those markets (PSC-SEA, GEG-SEA, and Pasco is pretty close to YKM, enough that AS might want to match fares).

What you really want is DL to start BLI-SEA service (which they might do as long as they're flying GEG and PSC, though they need to not squash their own YVR-SEA flights). I predict if/when that happens DL will file competitive fares to LAS to help fill up planes, and AS will match.

I actually may have found the root cause. I'm now partly convinced that AS have mistakenly unpublished the through-fare for BLI-SEA-LAS, when the canceled the non-stop last summer (which is when this anomaly appeared)

Every BLI-SEA-LAS flight I've looked at is within $10 of purchasing the legs separately; and we may just be looking at the booking engine building these dynamically (with the additional cost being the additional airport enplanement fees). Either way, the BLI airport manager will be talking to AS to have them explain this to them more fully.
