I just called to check on ALL my promotions, and I was told one of my trips (SAN-SFO-PDX-SEA-LAX-SAN) did not count b/c it was a "circle trip" and not a round trip. Last time I checked, a circle was ROUND. Oh well. The CSA was very nice and told me they are very strict about it. Oh well. I guess I didn't read the fine print.
