I have flown about 12,000 miles in the past two months. Every time I remember about the challenges, it is too late to call customer service to initiate the challenge. I am wondering if anyone has had luck in retroactively getting credit for either challenge, and if so, how should I go about it? I have another 6,000 miles planned in the next week, and would love to get some bonus miles on it.
