Has anyone used Uber there ? Their website says they have service, but looking at a map of Dusseldorf in the Uber app - there don't seem to be any cars available.
No Uber in Germany. (It exists in some cities, but you still end up in a cab.)
Honestly though, the regional train is just a few minutes slower (45 minutes plus a 10-minute Skytrain ride) and a lot cheaper (€11.30).
