I wish I could even get through to their baggage department call centre, but both phone numbers I have are ringing but nobody is answering. I have a few times already...

I'm hoping Etihadhelp on this forum will be able to sort this out. They seem to be responsive.

thats odd same thing happened us a month ago flying via AUH and we reported it they took photos gave us a report etc and it was 12 midnight. This was also at the desk in the baggage hall.. now they did promise to get back to us with a solution withen 24hrs when they didnt i phoned and it was sort withen an hour.
