This is what I got, when I tried to check in TMP-HEL-LHR today (first time this happened to me):

TAMPERE - HELSINKI - SEPTEMBER 2, 2016
DEPARTURE TIME: 2:35 PM -FLIGHT NUMBER: AY264

No issue on this flight.

HELSINKI - LONDON - SEPTEMBER 2, 2016
DEPARTURE TIME: 4:00 PM -FLIGHT NUMBER: AY833

PASSENGER NAME STATUS INFORMATION
xxxxx Check in You have to check in to this flight at the transfer station.
Called the plat line, they couldn't find out why this happened, but promised to investigate and come back to me.
