Aug 21st 4:30pm.

Immigration at Terminal 2 was ugly. I had to wait 15 min (using the APEC lane).

Reentry was 40+ deep.

Foreigners was full.

Japanese queue was 30-40+.

Customs had 10+ per lane.

It did take a total of 30 min from parking to domestic checkin desk
