Unfortunately I'm in the same situation: I can't find my Citi Executive card or whatever the one with $450 annual fee + Admirals Club access. I have the number, and I even have the Admirals Club luggage tags that AA or Citi sent me. I have a trip coming up with 5 layovers.

Will giving the card number (which I have) to an AAgent work?
