For the trip within Europe you will be subject to the weight concept for your luggage. For economy class this is normally 20kg (44lbs) total per person. Since this is not part of your North American itinerary you will not be able to use the piece concept, which is 2 pieces per person, up to 32kg (70lb) each.

Excess bag charge calculation on weight concept is quite complicated, usually based on a percentage of the ticket cost.

Your ticket should state either "PC" or "20K" under the baggage notation.
