London or Birmingham could work because of the huge Punjabi diaspora there and the only nine hour flight time and connection with star alliance and other partners. Perhaps Toronto or Vancouver, but I don't think any USA flights would work because there is a more diverse Indian population there.
Singapore should be successful, and I definitely think Bangkok is next. Sydney is a long shot though.
